At ZANA, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist.

Exchange Window 

Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
